Meridian Homestart is a not for profit company set up by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to offer high-quality homes for local working families to rent. The existing properties are in a number of locations around the Borough and have all been refurbished to a high standard.

You can apply for one of these properties if:

• you have been in permanent employment for at least the last 12 months
• you have lived in the borough for the last five years
• your salary does not exceed £88,000 per year 

Priority will be given to:

• people whose household income is at least £25,000 but less than £51,000 per year
• people whose current home is overcrowded
