Meridian Home Starts Housing Management and repairs service is currently provided by Pinnacle Housing Group.
If you are an existing tenant and wish to report a repair or make an enquiry please contact the Meridian Home Start Call Centre on 0330 0242 777 this is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They will answer your call promptly and make sure the right person calls you back during office hours. If however you are reporting an emergency repair, they will ensure that our repair contractor contacts you.
